About Daria Spokoinaia

Bridging wellbeing, performance, and human-centered work.

I’m Daria Spokoinaia, Founder of Re:Move Wellness and a Mind–Body Communication Specialist. I work with organizations and professionals operating in high-pressure environments who want to sustain performance without sacrificing wellbeing, connection, or integrity.

My work sits at the intersection of workplace wellbeing, nervous-system science, and professional development. I design evidence-based programs that help people regulate stress, communicate more clearly, and build the internal capacity needed to stay engaged, focused, and resilient — especially during periods of change, growth, or strain.

A dual lens: professional services and mind–body science

For over a decade, I worked in professional services, including Bay Street law firms, supporting learning, onboarding, engagement, and talent development. I understand the pace, the expectations, and the invisible pressures that come with high-performing workplaces — because I’ve worked inside them.

In parallel, I’ve spent years studying and practicing evidence-informed mind–body modalities, including Yoga Therapy, Positive and Eastern Psychology, Vedic Counselling, somatics, breathwork, and related practices.

This dual background allows me to translate nervous-system science into practical, workplace-appropriate tools — not abstract wellness concepts, not performative self-care, and not one-size-fits-all solutions.

How I think about wellbeing at work

Many of the challenges we see in organizations — burnout, reactivity, miscommunication, disengagement, brain fog — aren’t solely motivation or performance issues. They’re often regulation issues.

When people are operating from chronic stress or overload, even the best strategies and intentions break down.

My approach focuses on:

  • Nervous-system safety as the foundation for clarity, collaboration, and trust

  • Simple, embodied tools people can use in real time

  • Human-centered communication that supports inclusion and belonging

  • Sustainable habits that support long-term performance, not short-term output

Programs are highly tailored and designed to meet teams where they are — whether that’s navigating restructuring, supporting early talent, strengthening mentorship, recovering after a challenging period, or building resilience proactively.

A personal note

This work is not only professional for me — it’s personal.

Like many high-functioning professionals, I’ve experienced firsthand that resilience isn’t about pushing harder. Navigating perinatal depression deepened my understanding of regulation, recovery, and the body’s role in mental and emotional health. It reinforced what both research and practice already show: there is no single path to wellbeing, and no one-size-fits-all solution.

The nervous system, the body, and the mind are always communicating. Learning how to listen — and respond skillfully — changes how we work, lead, and live

Today

Through Re:Move Wellness, I partner with organizations to deliver:

  • Workplace wellbeing and resilience programs
